Located in the center of the village of Passy, in the heart of the Mont-Blanc region, our residence welcomes you all year round.

Passy is a lively family resort, both in summer and winter, with a southern exposure and a breathtaking view of the Mont-Blanc massif.
Passy parc and lake
It’s about 5km from our rentals, with a host of activities awaiting you : the lake for swimming and its sandy beach, as well as windsurfing, stand-up paddle, fishing, mini-golf, small electric boats, fitness trails…
Passy Plaine-Joux
Just a 15-minute drive from our rentals, it’s the starting point for numerous hiking trails. Between the rich flora and fauna of this Nature Reserve, the many high-altitude lakes (Lac Vert, Lac d’Anterne, Lac de Pormenaz) and the breathtaking view of Mont-Blanc, you’ll have plenty to see!
The resort is also an ideal place to relax on a restaurant terrace, or try your hand at paragliding.

Winter sports
Plaine-Joux is a family resort, perfectly suited to children and beginners. Prices are very affordable.
The Chamonix valley, for more experienced skiers: around 20km from our rentals, you’ll find various resorts such as Le Brévent, Les Grands-Montets and Les Houches.
The resorts of St-Gervais-Les-Bains and Les Contamines-Montjoie are also great for skiing, and are around 20 minutes away by car.
For non-skiers, there are plenty of snowshoeing and walking (on groomed trails) trails.
Summer activities
Rafting on the Arve (the river that runs through the valley), summer tobogganing, go-karting, paintball, accrobranche, etc.

Village tours
Take a stroll, drink a hot chocolate or eat out in Chamonix, Megève or Combloux to enjoy the mountain village atmosphere.
In the evening, you can enjoy the beautiful illuminations.
